About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Tampa, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Client in CA seeking PT: Outpatient/Clinic for Days
- Client in CO seeking OT: Outpatient/Clinic for Days
Requirements
- Strong preference for PACE and/or Epic experience
- Current license to practice in state of assignment
- Passing scores on relevant state exams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Current licensure to practice in state of assignment
- At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer systems used in healthcare settings

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
