As a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist, you will provide essential rehabilitation services to patients in their homes. You will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and work closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient recovery. This is a 13-week travel assignment in Asheville, North Carolina, starting 08/10/2026. The schedule is 5x8 day shifts with guaranteed 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Current North Carolina licensure
- Proficiency in EMR systems
