Travel Home Health OT - $2,671 per week

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for an assignment in Hood River, Oregon. This is a 13-week travel position starting 08/24/2026, with a schedule of 40 hours per week and 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including evaluating their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined by the patient’s capacity and tolerance.
• Develop a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or actively in the process of obtaining one.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility.
