Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - Weekly Pay

About the Role

Provide therapy to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain daily skills in a home health setting. Manage a personal caseload, coordinate schedules, and deliver services in retirement and community-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients in their homes
• Manage approximately 5–6 cases daily
• Deliver approximately 30 hours of service weekly
• Handle your own scheduling within a designated service area
• Coordinate and document care using Netsmart EMR (preferred for certain contracts)

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Florida OT license
• BLS certification
• Home health experience
• Ability to independently manage schedules and documentation
• Experience in retirement communities preferred
