Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,639 per week
About the role
We are seeking a skilled Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality therapy services to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients’ functional abilities and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical evidence.
- Aid patients in performing activities of daily living to promote independence.
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience is required.
- Oasis experience is mandatory.
- Must possess a current BCLS certification.
- Valid state OT license required.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
