Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,544 per week

About the role

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Spokane, Washington and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life for patients in their homes.
• Assess patient needs using OASIS and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Washington.
• CPR Certified or able to obtain certification.
• Previous OASIS experience.
• Previous experience with Computer Charting.
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Pay

$2,340 - $2,544 per week*

Schedule

13-week contract, paid by the hour - not by the visit.
