Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Marshfield, Wisconsin and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services in home health settings
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Document patient progress using OASIS and computer charting systems
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Pay

$2,120 - $2,286 per week*

Paid by the hour - not by the visit

Schedule

• 13-week contract
• 40 hours per week
• 8 hours, days
• ASAP start date
