Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a position in Dover, Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Delaware
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel and work in various home settings

Pay
