Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13‑week contract in Marion, Indiana and surrounding areas. The position requires OASIS experience and involves providing occupational therapy services in a home health setting with a designated territory of coverage. The role is full‑time (40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts) and starts ASAP.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Indiana
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Pay

Pay range: $2,024 – $2,201 per week (based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week). Compensation is paid hourly, not per visit.
