Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services in a designated territory.
• Utilize OASIS experience and computer charting for documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Michigan.
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain certification.
• Previous OASIS experience.
• Previous experience with computer charting.
• Minimum of 6 months of home health care experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Pay

$1,980 - $2,192 per week for a 13-week contract. Paid by the hour—not by the visit.

Schedule

• 13-week contract.
• 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts.
