Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13‑week contract starting ASAP in Grants Pass, Oregon. The role provides occupational therapy services in a home health setting, requires OASIS experience, includes a designated territory of coverage, is paid by the hour (not by the visit), and involves 40 hours per week on 8‑hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Oregon
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Pay
