Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,146 per week

About the role

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Arbor Vitae, Wisconsin and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services in home health settings
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Document care using OASIS and computer charting systems
• Travel within a designated territory to deliver care

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Schedule

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days

Pay

• $1,960 - $2,146 per week*
• Paid by the hour - not by the visit
