Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas. This is a 13-week travel contract with a 40-hour work week and 8-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting
- Complete OASIS assessments
- Utilize computer charting for documentation
- Cover a designated territory
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
- CPR Certified or ability to obtain
- Previous OASIS experience
- Previous experience with Computer Charting
- 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
Pay
$1,780 - $1,993 per week. Paid by the hour – not by the visit.
