About the Role

This is a 13-week travel contract with a 40-hour work week and 8-hour day shifts. The role involves providing home health care with a designated territory of coverage. Pay is hourly, not per visit, and previous OASIS experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in home health settings
• Complete OASIS assessments
• Utilize computer charting for documentation

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with computer charting
• 6 months of previous home health care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Pay

$1,620 - $1,804 per week
