Travel Home Care Clinical Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee patient services, coordinate care, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with homecare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Case management and documentation
• Staff supervision
• Direct patient care when needed, including OASIS care planning and resource allocation
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with homecare regulations
• Assist administrator as needed

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of the branch location
• Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience, with three years in home health preferred
• Knowledge of homecare regulations
• Ability to independently organize work and provide cost-effective, timely care
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Proficiency with computer applications (Word, Excel, Windows)
• Maintain at least twelve hours of continuing education annually

Qualifications

• Leadership experience (preferred)
• CPR certification (preferred)
