About the role
Spire is seeking a travel Histology Technologist for a position in Stockbridge, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Perform histological procedures under the supervision of a pathologist.
- Prepare and process tissue samples for microscopic examination.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all histological specimens.
- Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a histology technology program or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of histological techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Proficiency with histology equipment.
- Good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
