Travel General Ultrasonographer - $2,530 per week

About the role

The organization is seeking a General Ultrasonographer for an assignment located at a healthcare facility. The role involves performing a variety of ultrasound procedures, including abdomen, obstetrics, renal, scrotal, Doppler vascular studies, transplant identification, neonatal imaging, thyroid, and gynecological exams. The position is scheduled for full-time days, Monday through Friday, with additional weekend call and one night/week and one weekend day/month responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform abdomen, obstetrics, renal, scrotal, Doppler vascular studies, transplant identification, neonatal imaging, thyroid, and gynecological ultrasound exams.
• Adhere to department protocols and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Cover weekend call, one night per week, and one weekend day per month as required.

Requirements

• Five years of ultrasound experience.
• American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) certification in Abdomen (ABD) and Obstetrics (OB).
• Experience with Epic electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Ability to work scheduled weekends, including call, one night per week, and one weekend day per month.

Qualifications

• Experience with transplant cases and neonatal imaging is beneficial.
• Willingness to participate in float rotation as required.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week (Monday‑Friday).
