Travel General Radiology Ultrasound Technologist - $2,105 per week
Job Summary
The Ultrasonographer General, located in Temple, TX, performs ultrasound procedures in both ambulatory and hospital environments under the general supervision of a Radiologist or physician. This role involves performing high-quality imaging exams according to established protocols to assist in the diagnosis of disease and injury, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
Job Details
- Shift: Nights 12-hour shifts, Tuesday through Thursday, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Schedule: 3x12s, Tue-Thu, 1900-0700, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- BLS (AHA) certification
- RDMS or RVT certification
- 0 years minimum experience
- Applicable education or degrees
- Texas location
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at Level I Trauma and Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit facilities
- At least 3 years of minimum experience
Additional Information
- Responsible for preparing patients, operating imaging equipment, maintaining documentation, adhering to safety and infection control policies, and ensuring proper image quality
- May include serving as a trainer for new team members and taking call as required
