Travel & Expense Analyst
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented specialist to support their Travel & Expense program by ensuring accurate expense processing, policy compliance, and exceptional employee support. This role serves as a key resource for Concur users and corporate credit card holders while helping maintain strong financial controls and an efficient expense reporting process.
Responsibilities
- Audit employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company Travel & Expense policies.
- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for Concur users and administrators via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Manage corporate credit card requests, including new card setup, lost/stolen cards, and fraud or dispute resolution.
- Process approved expense reports, payments, and related accounting transactions.
- Perform data quality reviews and assist with Travel & Expense projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel & Expense administration, including hands-on experience with Concur.
- Strong knowledge of expense reporting, policy compliance, and financial controls.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting corporate credit card programs.
- Experience resolving credit card disputes, fraud cases, and employee account issues.
- Proficiency in data validation, payment processing, and accounting-related transactions.
Pay
$24/hr
