About the Role

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse provides high-quality, rapid-response care in a busy emergency department. Responsibilities include patient assessment, triage, administering treatments, monitoring patient safety, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patients and families
• Prepare and manage medical equipment
• Document patient conditions accurately
• Respond to life-saving situations
• Adhere to safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Minimum one year of recent ER experience
• Valid RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications
• Critical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring mobility and strength
• Proficiency in English and basic computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
