About the role

Seeking a skilled RN with electrophysiology lab experience to provide patient care in procedures such as ablations, device implants, and arrhythmia treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and assist physicians during procedures
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Ensure safety during procedures and maintain sterile technique
• Provide patient education and post-procedure care

Qualifications

• At least one year of recent EP lab experience
• Valid RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Preferred PALS or ENPC, RCES/RCIS certifications

Skills

• Critical thinking and good communication
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and PC use
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist with procedures
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and communicate effectively
