Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Springfield, Massachusetts. Specialty: ED - Emergency Department. Discipline: RN. Start date: ASAP. Duration: 13 weeks. Hours: 48 hours per week. Shift: 12‑hour nights. Employment type: Travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Manage high‑acuity cases with strong critical care skills.
- Adapt to a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling behavioral health and trauma cases.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department (ED) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing, post‑orientation.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS.
- Ability to effectively manage diverse patient populations and complex cases.
- Comfortable working with a highly diverse patient population.
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills.

Schedule
12‑hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 48 hours per week. Holiday coverage required.
