The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and be proficient in utilizing EPIC charting systems. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care to trauma patients in a fast-paced environment. Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment and recovery for trauma patients. Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes in their condition promptly. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities using EPIC. Qualifications Current RN license in the state of employment. BSN preferred. Previous experience in trauma nursing or critical care preferred. Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
