About the role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a Joint Commission‑certified agency, is seeking a travel Registered Nurse for an Emergency Department assignment in Kealakekua, Hawaii. The position starts 10/05/2026, lasts 13 weeks, and involves 36 hours per week on 12‑hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention, recognizing and treating life‑threatening conditions.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Apply knowledge of general and specific health issues to urgent cases.
• Perform triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick, accurate assessments of incoming patients’ physical and mental health.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required (depending on the facility).
• Minimum 18 months of recent experience in an acute care Emergency Room setting.
• Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility.

Pay
