About the role
Travel Nurse RN – Emergency Department (ED) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a 13‑week travel assignment offering 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts. Employment type is travel, with the possibility of ending on schedule (EOW) or based on department needs, and rotating with regular staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of ED experience.
- At least 2 prior travel nursing contracts.
- Experience caring for critical care patients while maintaining sound clinical judgment and documentation.
- Ability to care for psychiatric and pediatric patient populations.
- Strong team collaboration skills with clear and timely communication.
- Willingness to escalate concerns appropriately and seek support to ensure patient safety.
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system.
- May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within a 40‑mile radius as needed.
Pay
The pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) and includes a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
