Travel ER RN - $2,362 per week

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Peoria, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention, including recognizing and treating life-threatening conditions.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Apply knowledge of general and specific health issues to deliver appropriate emergency care.
• Perform triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
• Additional requirements as determined by the client facility.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, including a tax-free stipend (amount to be determined). Weekly payment estimates include gross hourly wages and reimbursements for meal, incidental, and housing expenses.
