MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse for an Emergency Department assignment in Tuba City, Arizona.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel assignment starting 09/08/2026, with a commitment of 36 hours per week. Shifts are 12 hours and may include days, evenings, nights, or a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Provide care for patients with various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention, including recognizing and treating life-threatening conditions.
Assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
Apply knowledge of general and specific health issues to deliver appropriate emergency care.
Understand triage protocols to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.

Requirements

Active RN license.
Degree from an accredited nursing program.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required depending on the position.
Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility.
