Travel ER RN - $2,283 per week
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will be responsible for managing acute patients across all age ranges, from infants to geriatrics, presenting with various complex diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
- Assess and triage patients based on severity and urgency of their condition.
- Administer medications and perform treatments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and interventions accurately.
- Participate in patient and family education regarding health issues and discharge planning.
Requirements
- 2 years of ED nursing experience preferred; 1 year considered with strong skills.
- Active RN license in the state of Maryland or Compact License.
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, and NIHSS.
- Prior experience with a patient ratio of 1:4 in a fast-paced ED setting.
- Familiarity with Epic charting system is preferred.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Schedule Night shifts are scheduled for 3x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:30, with a 36/48 hour option.
