About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional clinical skills and a commitment to patient safety and advocacy.
Schedule
- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
- Weekends: Required (6 weekends every 6 weeks)
- Block schedules are approved but not required.
Patient Ratios
Expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:3.
Qualifications
- Completed an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an emergency room setting.
- Certifications required: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC.
Department Information
This position is within a Short Term Acute Care facility, recognized as a Level II Trauma Center, equipped to handle a range of critical medical situations.
Uniform/Dress Code
The dress code for licensed nursing personnel includes solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire. Scrub tops may feature colored piping. Print tops are not permitted except in designated areas.
