Travel ER RN - $2,269 per week

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of emergency room experience and be adept at providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency room.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures while maintaining the highest standards of care.
• Participate in patient assessment, documentation, and care planning.
• Provide support and guidance to patients and their families during critical situations.

Schedule

• Night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Commitment to weekdays and some weekends.
• Rotating holidays and floating within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity may be required.

Patient Care

The Emergency Room caters to a diverse patient demographic, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. As such, candidates must be prepared to deliver care to a broad age range of patients.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are required.
• Experience with Epic electronic health records is necessary.
• Previous travel nursing experience is preferred.
