Travel ER RN - $2,246 per week

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Pendleton, Oregon. The assignment begins October 12, 2026, lasts 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week scheduled as 12‑hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention and recognize and effectively treat life‑threatening conditions.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Be knowledgeable about general and specific health issues due to the range of conditions requiring urgent treatment.
• Properly understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC may be required for some positions.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care emergency room setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) and includes a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Weekly payment estimates provide a gross estimate of hourly wages plus reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing.
