Requirements

• Active RN license
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required for some positions
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute‑care Emergency Room setting
• Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with a variety of illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention, recognizing and treating life‑threatening conditions.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize diverse trauma and illness cases with decisive action.
• Maintain knowledge of general and specific health issues relevant to emergency care.
• Understand triage processes to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.
