Requirements

• Active RN license
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute‑care Emergency Room setting
• Other requirements as determined by the client facility

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with a variety of illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize trauma and illnesses with decisive action
• Understand and apply triage principles to prioritize injuries based on medical need
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions
• Recognize and effectively treat life‑threatening conditions
