Travel ER RN - $2,200 per week

About the Role

Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Room (ER) care for a travel nursing assignment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in high-pressure environments and provide competent, compassionate care to patients in urgent situations.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, assist in operations, and provide specific treatments with a critical focus on precision to ensure patient safety
• Effectively manage multiple patients with diverse needs and health stages, prioritizing care accordingly
• Maintain composure and efficiency in urgent, life-threatening scenarios encountered regularly in the ER
• Deliver care with empathy and understanding, especially in high-stress situations
• Interact clearly with patients and their families who may be anxious or distressed, providing essential information and support

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recent Emergency Department experience (required)
• Telemetry experience (preferred)
• Previous travel nursing experience (preferred)
• Must possess an active RN license in Michigan at the time of application

Certifications

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
