Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Emergency Department assignment in Phoenix, Arizona.
About the Role
This 13-week travel assignment begins on August 31, 2026, with a 36-hour workweek on 12-hour day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Maintain sterile fields
- Read tele strips on Phillips monitors
- Complete floor-specific orientation and float between specified facilities
- Perform hospital-based tasks such as lifts, restraints, and wound care
- Pass a Day 1 competency exam and SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes
Requirements
- At least 6 months of Trauma Level 1 experience
- 2 years of ER experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Adherence to specific grooming standards (e.g., natural hair color, no facial piercings, men must clean shave)
Preferred Qualifications
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) certification

Pay
Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during an assignment.
