About the Role
Travel nursing assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for an Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse (RN).
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
- Every other weekend (EOW) or based on department needs
- Every other holiday (EOH) rotating with regular staff
Responsibilities
- Provide experienced nursing care for critical care patients while maintaining sound clinical judgment and documentation
- Care for psychiatric and pediatric patient populations
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Escalate concerns appropriately and seek support when needed to ensure patient safety
- Use EPIC electronic health record system
- Float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
Requirements
- 2 years of ED experience
- At least 2 prior travel contracts
