Travel ER RN - $2,113 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Emergency Department assignment in Wichita, Kansas.

About the Role

This 13-week travel assignment begins on August 16, 2026, with a schedule of 12-hour night shifts and a total of 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for critical care patients, including psychiatric and pediatric populations
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Float onsite within your skill set or to nearby facilities within 40 miles as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of ED experience, including at least 2 prior travel contracts
• Current RN license and Nursys verification
• EPIC experience
• Completion of Ascension-specific onboarding requirements:
  • Ascension Specialty Exam
  • Ascension Core Competencies
  • Ascension EKG Exam
  • Ascension Epic Test-Out
• Health verifications, including:
  • MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap vaccinations
  • 2 Step PPD or IGRA
• Professional references, criminal background check, education, and employment verifications
• Ascension Badge Photo and License/Certificate Verification for submission
