About the role
NURSE's Etc. Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency department nursing care during night shifts
- Work 12-hour night shifts, 3 times per week
- Travel assignment duration: 13 weeks
Requirements
- Must live 65+ miles from facility
- Must not have been employed by any Ochsner facility within the past year
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required); Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
- Experience: 2+ years (required)
Certifications
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice (required)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required)
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Certification (required)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (required)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (required)
- Certification in clinical specialty area (preferred)
Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
