Travel ER RN - $2,108 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Emergency Department assignment in Marion, Iowa.

About the role

This 13-week travel assignment begins on September 8, 2026, with a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a facility-specific trauma-level Emergency Department.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation.

Requirements

• Active Iowa, Compact, or Multistate nursing license at time of submission.
• 24 months of Emergency Room/Emergency Department experience.
• Completion of a travel contract within the previous 18 months.
• EPIC EMR experience.

Certifications

• Required:
  • Active PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certificate.
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certificate.
  • Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS (Basic Life Support).
  • Active American Heart Association ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support).
  • NIH Stroke Scale certificate (can be obtained during onboarding).
• Preferred:
  • Acceptable de-escalation certificates: CPI, MOAB, MAB, SAMA (highly suggested to have active, but can be obtained during onboarding).

Documentation Required

• Driver's License.
• Nursys verification of active license.
• PALS certificate.
• TNCC certificate.
• Skills Checklist specific to Emergency Room/Emergency Department.

Leadership & Additional Qualifications

• Professional reference from a charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO within the last 24 months (preferred but not required).
• Professional reference/performance evaluation from within the past 24 months (preferred).
