About the role
Travel RN – ER position in Newburgh, IN for a 13-week contract with a start date of ASAP. Guaranteed 36 hours per week with variable evening/night shifts (3:00 PM – 7:00 AM). No call or call-back required. Every other weekend and every other holiday. No floating required.
Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced Emergency Department
- Demonstrate strong assessment and emergency response skills
- Collaborate effectively with a team-oriented environment
- Wear navy blue scrubs
Requirements
- 3+ years of ER experience
- Level II Trauma experience
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Active Indiana or Compact RN License
- AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS & NIHSS
- EPIC experience within the last year
- Must pass: 12-lead EKG exam and Dysrhythmia exam
- Hardworking, resilient, adaptable, and excellent communication skills
Compliance
- 40-mile radius rule — local candidates are NOT accepted
- GSA hours are not guaranteed during orientation week
- Traveler is guaranteed contracted hours per week, except when the unit is closed for holidays
- COVID-19 vaccination is currently not required
