• Certifications: BLS-AHA; ACLS-AHA; PALS-AHA; CERT-NIH Stroke Scale; CERT-Crisis Prevention Intervention; CERT-MAB- Management of Assaultive Behavior
• SSN Required
• DOB Required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Travel Cerner experience
• MA license is required upon submittal - can screen over if license is pending
