MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Hilo, Hawaii. The assignment begins 11/16/2026 and lasts 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week scheduled in 12‑hour shifts (flexible). As a Joint Commission‑certified staffing agency, MedPro provides clinical support, housing assistance, and a range of benefits to traveling nurses nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with various types of illness or trauma requiring emergency attention and recognize and effectively treat life‑threatening conditions.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Maintain knowledge of general and specific health issues to address the range of conditions requiring urgent treatment.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including both physical and mental health conditions.

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions
