TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Nashua, New Hampshire. The position is a 13‑week travel assignment starting 10/19/2026, requiring 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse team to evaluate, triage and implement care per procedures and physician instructions.
• Perform minor medical operations.
• Advise patients and families on illnesses or injuries.
• Plan long‑term care needs.
• Document medical history.
• Check for patient allergies.
• Obtain vital signs.
• Monitor patients’ emotional and physical well‑being.
• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.

Requirements

• 1‑2 years recent acute care experience.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications.
• Additional certifications may be required before assignment.

Skills

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, lean and stoop without difficulty.
• Capable of lifting 20 pounds routinely; up to 50 pounds for patient moves.
