Emergency Room RN needed for a 500+ bed teaching hospital; Level 1 Adult Trauma center, Level 2 Pediatric Trauma center. Expect the unexpected with big-city amenities and Midwestern cost of living! Themed gardens at Botanica Wichita include a wildflower meadow and a Chinese garden. The Museum of World Treasures has Egyptian mummies and a T. rex skeleton. In Wichita you can dine at more than 1,000 restaurants or browse eclectic shops, antique stores, and open-air shopping centers. The facility recently opened a children’s hospital, the only dedicated pediatric hospital in the region, and just completed a $36 million renovation. Emergency services include a Level I trauma center and Level II pediatric center, serving approximately 24,000 patients annually. Wichita, the largest city in Kansas and known as the “Air Capital of the World,” offers aircraft manufacturing hubs, cultural events, shopping districts, and an award-winning zoo. Start date: ASAP. Requirements
- Registered Nurse
- ER Experience: 2 years
- Licenses: RN (Compact Accepted)
- Certifications: ACLS; BLS; CERT‑TNCC; PALS
- SSN Required
- DOB Required
- Work History: No more than 90 days of gap in the last year
