Travel ER RN - $1,939 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in emergency nursing, demonstrating the ability to provide critical care and manage high-pressure situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an emergency department setting.
• Conduct assessments and implement nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and record keeping.
• Absorb and communicate patient information effectively.
• Assist in patient education and discharge planning.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of recent Emergency Room nursing experience.
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license required at the time of submission.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory; TNCC certification preferred.
• One professional reference from a manager or supervisor in the specialty applying for is required.

Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience in trauma care.
• Knowledge of advanced life support techniques.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 3x12-Hour Day Shift (07:00 - 19:30).
