About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a night shift travel assignment in Greensboro, Georgia. This is a 13-week contract position with a schedule of 12-hour night shifts (07:00 PM - 07:30 AM).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support in a clinical setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor patient health and document observations.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Current RN license.
- Completion of a Trinity Code of Conduct Form.
- Trinity Criminal Background Check clearance.
- Immunization records including COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella.
- Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist.
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) testing.
