Travel ER RN assignments in Hopewell, VA place you at a 147-bed community hospital offering advanced emergency care and specialty services. The facility is accredited for stroke and chest pain and serves the TriCities region with a patient-focused approach. Hopewell is a welcoming city with a rich history and scenic riverfront. Responsibilities

• Provide emergency room nursing care in a travel assignment capacity
• Work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, for a 13-week duration
• Perform triage and acute care in the emergency department

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, ER with 2 years of experience
• Current RN licensure (Compact accepted)
• ACLS-AHA certification
• PALS-AHA certification
• CERT-Crisis Prevention Intervention certification (CPI Blue Card must be obtained within 30 days of start if not yet certified)
• SSN and DOB required for submission
• Work history should not have more than a 90-day gap in the last year

Preferred Qualifications

• Meditech electronic medical records (EMR) proficiency
• Experience in high-volume ER settings
• TNCC certification
