Travel ER RN - $1,900 per week

About the role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in the Emergency Department (ED) for a 13‑week contract in Leonardtown, Maryland. The position is for an ER Registered Nurse in a hospital setting, requiring 36 hours per week on 12‑hour shifts (18:45 – 07:15) with every other weekend coverage, including Friday and Saturday nights. The start date is October 5, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in a hospital setting.
• Complete patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in CERNER electronic health records.
• Cover every other weekend, including Friday and Saturday nights.

Requirements

• General Emergency Department‑Combined Adult/Pedi experience.
• CERNER electronic health record system required.

Pay

Pay range: $1,818.54 – $1,909.47 per week (based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week, shift hours 18:45 – 07:15, covering every other weekend including Friday and Saturday nights.
