About the Role
AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department (ED) in Independence, Missouri. This is a 13-week travel nursing assignment with 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts. The facility is a 221-bed Level II Trauma center with an ED that sees approximately 185 patients per day (68,000 annually). Located just east of Kansas City, the hospital is an accredited Chest Pain Center, Primary Stroke Center and features all private patient rooms.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Emergency Room (ER) specialty experience
- Social Security Number (SSN) required for submission
- Date of Birth (DOB) required for submission
- Work history should not show more than a 90-day gap in the last year
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Meditech EMR system
