Travel ER RN - $1,806 per week

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team for a 13-week travel contract in Columbia, South Carolina. This position involves providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department, collaborating with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule

• 3x12-hour shifts, nights (7 PM - 7 AM)
• Weekends and holidays required
• No on-call requirement

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the emergency department
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician
• Monitor patient vital signs and manage critical care as required
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Epic charting system
• Provide education and information to patients and their families regarding treatment and care

Requirements

• 2+ years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current SC RN license or Compact license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Epic charting experience highly preferred

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.
